Service Transparency

Key Terms You Should Know
- Service Agreement. All services—packing, moving, and storage—are provided according to a written estimate and signed contract before the move.
- Payment Policy. Payments are due as outlined in your agreement. Deposits may be required to secure reservations.
- Damage Coverage. While every precaution is taken, liability for loss or damage follows federal moving regulations. Additional insurance plans are available upon request.
- Cancellations. Customers must notify us within the given time frame to reschedule or cancel to avoid service fees.
- Restrictions. Hazardous, flammable, and perishable items cannot be transported for safety reasons.
