Founded in 2012 by Andrew Walker, Goggin Moving and Storage has served customers across the United States with integrity, professionalism, and clear communication. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, we’ve outlined our general terms and conditions that apply to all moving and storage services.

Service Transparency

At Goggin Moving and Storage, every agreement is built on trust and clarity. These terms protect both our customers and our dedicated team, ensuring every move follows consistent service standards.

Key Terms You Should Know

  1. Service Agreement. All services—packing, moving, and storage—are provided according to a written estimate and signed contract before the move.
  2. Payment Policy. Payments are due as outlined in your agreement. Deposits may be required to secure reservations.
  3. Damage Coverage. While every precaution is taken, liability for loss or damage follows federal moving regulations. Additional insurance plans are available upon request.
  4. Cancellations. Customers must notify us within the given time frame to reschedule or cancel to avoid service fees.
  5. Restrictions. Hazardous, flammable, and perishable items cannot be transported for safety reasons.
